Returns

We take great pride in our product and do everything to ensure it is shipped in perfect condition. We do not accept returns/exchanges on any items as a part of one of our Seasonal Boxes. However, if you received a piece of apparel in your Seasonal Box that does not fit, we will do our best to accommodate an exchange. Please contact our Customer Service team to coordinate an exchange.

For all products purchased within the shop, The Fiancé Club is happy to provide returns or exchanges for any non-monogrammed or non-personalized product within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the item is returned in its original condition. We cannot take returns on any items marked Final Sale.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Personalized or custom made items such as items that are monogrammed are not eligible for returns. Please note that we also cannot accept robe returns if the gift bag has been monogrammed. For this reason, please carefully review your personalization information before submitting your order. We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to your order once they are placed. Thank you for your understanding.
